The home Goliath crew member is very regular in most stats (BS4+, Driving and Capturing Skills as Key) but gets that wonderful Goliath Cool stat, and bizarrely costs below most other gangs’ equivalents. Nice! I’m battling to think of any explanation why they could be less expensive, they have awful Management, Intelligence and Willpower, but th
